Financial Policy
At Aurora Endodontics we believe that all patients deserve the right to quality dental treatment at a reasonable and non-imposing fee.
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, cash, or checks. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Insurance
Most dental insurance coverage is based on the Annual Suggested Fee Guide for Dental Treatment Services published by the Ontario Dental Association. The fees in our office are Specialist Fees and are often higher than General Practitioners Fees, as well as most insurance coverage. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
On completion of treatment, our office will generate and submit the appropriate insurance forms electronically on your behalf. Most insurance companies will compensate you within 3-5 business days according to their fee schedule and your percentage coverage. Please remember to bring all your insurance information and documentation to expedite your compensation.
